Who we are

Club 4 Kids Childcare Ltd (company number 16775393), registered office 20-22 Wenlock Road, London, N1 7GU, is the data controller for information you send us through this website. What we collect

When you send an enquiry we receive your name, email address and phone number; your child's first name and date of birth or due date; your preferred start date and days; whether you plan to use funded hours; how you heard about us; and anything you write in the message box.

Why we use it, and our lawful basis

We use these details only to reply to your enquiry, arrange a show around and, if you ask, offer your child a place. Our lawful basis is that you have asked us to take steps before entering into a childcare agreement (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).

Please don't send medical or other sensitive information through the form. We collect that privately if your child joins us.

Who sees it

Our manager. Your enquiry is sent by email using Amazon Web Services, which runs our website and form in the European Union (Stockholm, Sweden), and is received in our email inbox, provided by Microsoft. These providers act on our instructions. We never sell your information or use it for marketing.

How long we keep it

If your child does not take a place, we delete your enquiry after 12 months. If your child joins us, it becomes part of your child's record and is kept under our records policy.

This website does not use cookies or tracking of any kind.

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Contact us using the details above. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
