Funded places
We offer funded early education places for children from 9 months to 4 years. To confirm: confirm this matches what Kent County Council funds for us
- Working parents may get up to 30 hours a week of funded childcare in term time, from the term after their child turns 9 months. Apply on GOV.UK, then give us your eligibility code. You need to reconfirm your code every three months.
- All 3- and 4-year-olds can get 15 hours a week, from the term after their third birthday.
- Some 2-year-olds can get 15 hours a week if the family receives certain types of support.

Tax-Free Childcare
We accept Tax-Free Childcare. You open an online account, add Club 4 Kids as your provider and pay in 80% of your fees. The government adds the other 20%, up to £2,000 a year per child.
You can't use Tax-Free Childcare at the same time as Universal Credit childcare support.

Registration fee
A £50 registration fee is payable for all non-funded places, and for funded children who use care beyond their 15 or 30 hours. Please pay it when you return your registration form. It is non-refundable, whether or not you accept the place offered.
If you are only taking up a funded place, the £50 registration fee is refunded within a month of your child starting with us.
